I didn’t rush to hire. I needed to ensure the foundation was solid before adding weight to the structure.
The "Do-It-All" Beginning
When I started, I wore every single hat. I was selling, marketing, managing the accounts, running operations, and acting as the property manager. It was a pure hustle, fueled by effort.

Don’t hire just because you feel "busy." Hire strategically when there is a clear gap in your operations.
4. Build Processes, Not Dependence
People can leave your company at any time. Systems remain. Build a business that relies on structures, not individuals.
5. Focus on Revenue First
Before you obsess over building complex systems, ensure that money is actually coming in consistently. Revenue is oxygen.
6. Create Accountability Structures
Implement reports, targets, and check-ins. What gets measured grows.
7. Use Simple Systems First
You don’t need complicated or expensive software to start. Even WhatsApp, Excel, and notebooks can effectively run a system.
8. Remove Yourself Step by Step
Don’t disappear overnight. Use this sequence: Train → Trust → Test → Step back.
9. Build Leadership, Not Just Teams
