Institutional Protocols
1. Acceptance of Terms
Usage of our digital assets constitutes a binding agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, executives, and spiritual leaders who interact with the Leaders Mandate ecosystem.
2. Intellectual Sovereignty
All content, including the "Leaders Mandate" framework, Strategic Apostolic Marketplace blueprints, and proprietary systemization code, is the intellectual property of Oudney Patsika. Unauthorized reproduction or "system-piracy" is strictly prohibited.
3. User Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional decorum. We reserve the right to terminate access for any individual whose conduct undermines the collective progress of our leadership cohorts.
Limitations of Liability
Consultative Scope
While our Business Growth frameworks are proven, the Leaders Mandate does not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Success is contingent upon the user's execution of the systems provided.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Harare.
