Through meticulous management and strategic networking, TinMac grew exponentially. By 2014, the company boasted a state-of-the-art fleet of over 34 heavy-duty trucks operating across Southern Africa. His logistics empire also became a vital asset in national projects, including Command Agriculture, showcasing his capacity for large-scale operational management.

Machakaire brought his corporate efficiency to the political arena in 2018 when he was elected as the Member of Parliament for Wedza South.
